- Daily ride 3-5 hour rides (various routes including flats, rolling hills and mountains)
- Lunch (Shower/ Hot tub/ Static Stretching)
- Down time
- Off bike training (Core conditioning, Plyometrics, Running, Yoga, Nawotobi)
- Dinner
- Itinerary Meeting
- Cycling Theory 1 hr (optional) alternating days
